CARE OF INSTRUCTIONS 

Every piece of MAE Wearable Art is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. It is recommended to remove your jewelry before engaging with water, physical activity or extreme heat. To ensure longevity, wipe face with a soft cloth and store in a safe place. 

Handmade to order - ships within 2-5 business days. 

 

STORE POLICY 

Returns or exchanges of unworn jewelry are welcome within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us direct by submitting your request to return@wearmae.com 

If a return is requested outside of the 14 day window, return/replacement shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a sizing issue, MAE will provide a return label for the initial exchange, but the new product shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Replacements - In the event you misplace a piece and would like to obtain another, please reach out to question@wearmae.com as we are happy to discuss options if said piece remains in production. Pricing will vary and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Repairs - In the event one of our handmade pieces breaks, please reach out to question@wearmae.com to discuss options. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges (to/from the studio) and repair fees. The fee will depend on the scope of work.
